Eggless Chocolate Glazed Donuts

 Eggless Chocolate Donuts Recipe

Ingredients: 

1) All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
2) Granulated Sugar - 0.5 cup
3) Melted Butter - 0.5 cup 
4) Milk - 0.5 cup
5) Vinegar - 0.5 Tablespoon
6) Baking Powder 0 0.5 Teaspoon
7) Baking Soda - 0.25 Teaspoon
8) Hung Curd - 1 Tablespoon
9) Cocoa Powder - 1 Tablespoon (Optional)

Recipe:

1) Add vinegar to the cup of milk and set it aside for 7 - 8 minutes. 
2) Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl - flour, sugar, baking power, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
3) Make a well shape in the middle of the bowl and add butter, curd, and the milk set aside in step one. 
4) Mix all the ingredients well to make a dough. If you feel the mix is too wet, add a little flour to it. 
5) Cover the dough with a lid and keep it aside for 40 minutes. You'll notice the dough has slightly risen after 40 minutes. 
6) Roll the dough with a rolling pin and take two lids - a larger one and a smaller one to get a shape of a donut. 
7) Take a frying pan and add some oil to it. Cook the donuts at a medium flame.
8) Once fried, dip them in chocolate sauce and add the toppings of your choice. 

P.S - If you want normal donuts and not chocolate ones, don't add the cocoa powder.
