Directions:
1) Boil water in a saucepan and place a heat resistance bowl over it, to make a double boiler. Reduce the flame to low.
2) Melt butter in the double boiler, this may take up to 1 - 2 minutes. In the meanwhile, sieve cocoa powder and sugar together.
3) Once the butter is melted, add the sieved cocoa powder and sugar to it. Stir the mixture on a low flame till it's completely blended.
4) Take a silicon mould of the shape/size you prefer, and add crushed nuts below. I used a mixture of almonds and walnuts - this is an optional step.
5) Pour the mixture over the mould, and gently tap the mould to remove any air bubbles that might be present.
6) Refrigerate it for 2 hours and carefully remove the chocolate from the mould. Cut it into pieces and enjoy.
For White Chocolate, the recipe would remain the same except that we use 2 tablespoons of milk powder instead of cocoa powder.
Similarly for Dark Chocolate, we would use 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and not add any milk powder to the mixture.
